Return Policy: All swimwear, apothecary products, and sale items are final sale. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition. Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting mackenzie.nissen@hotelsaintcecilia.com. Returned items must be sent back by insured mail with a tracking number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Shipping Policy: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are shipped Monday-Friday by USPS and UPS. Customers will receive an order confirmation after placing their order and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once their order has been processed. Shipping costs are weight-based and will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Expedited shipping is available upon request by calling (512) 852-2400.
